"I think this group is a very good idea. What really made this work well were the social skills and high degree of professionalism exhibited by Mr. Loges. Mr. Loges was well organized, knowledgable and had prepared a variety of homes to show us in a range of neighborhoods. Mr. Loges also actively engaged the group by asking us individually what sort of houses we had in mind and what sort of commute we wanted and other needs and priorities we had for a home. Breaking the showings down to a certain area in a given price range provided the group with a good sense of what was/is available in the areas for the price range we were looking at. I would highly recommend this group for looking at homes until you have narrowed down exactly what you want and where you want it. I would definitely recommend this group for people buying homes for the first time and those new to the area."
