Settle down Philly style!
Meet other local people who are looking to buy their first home or are new to home ownership while gathering and sharing tips, loan advice, and research on purchasing a home. You can hear from a Realtor, Mortgage Professional, Home Inspector, and Insurance person at many of the meetings. But the main focus of our group is to provide you with the knowledge and tools that you need to increase the benefits of homeownership.
Many homeowners wish there was something like this they could have gone to before buying their first home. It would have saved them tons of frustration and probably a bunch of money too! Already settled? Now the real learning begins!
We hope to be able to have speakers from all the major areas of home maintenance as well. Members of this group wishing to present something should send me an outline and not be intent on "selling something" to the group but rather offering their experience to the public .
