Most companies require residential business to meet certain criteria. If you inhabit a property that you own you can possibly benefit financially from that. That being the case you could also lose money on real estate deals but if you know as much as you can about such transactions and make fewer errors than the majority of investors out there, you could potentially get very rich by investing money that way. There are a few parts of the transaction which come in a particular order. Obtain financing, find your property, close the deal. Each one can be divided into smaller details of course and each one has its own paperwork that goes along with it. Throughout this process we will analyze every part of the real estate transactions. In advanced classes geared for larger investors we can talk more about commercial risk.
