Do you love paying your rent?

I wouldn't rent again ... EVER. It's tossing money in the street with no return! No investment! You can't do anything to your little space, which isn't really yours anyway!

Do you plan to stay in the Philadelphia area for the next couple of years?

I live in Philadelphia, but I am licensed throughout PA. I mainly serve Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. I plan to move to Bucks County within the next few years, but have lived in Philadelphia all of my life.

Who do you know has recently bought a house and what was their experience like?

I am a Realtor, so I go through the experience daily! I try to make the process of buying or selling a home as smooth as possible for all of my clients!

Do you ever talk to friends/family/ coworkers about financial plans?

Yes!
