My name is Andy Luick and I host the meetings. My quick resume is that I have been exposed to real estate investing since I was a little boy....some would argue I still am! I am a 4th generation realtor & contractor, the founder of HandyANDY & 2nd Chance Rental Homes. Everything I do or have ever done is real estate related. I am a lawyer by training with a masters in design and I simply love real estate.

What folks fail to realize is that ANYONE who buys a piece of real estate is an INVESTOR! Even when you are buying that first home for you to live in......you're an investor. The same strategies that work for the average real estate investor will work for a traditional home buyer. This is why our group is open to anyone interested in the world of real estate.
