You'll get invited to our Meetups as soon as they're scheduled!
Why is this group one to add to your favorite groups?
Times are still changing! Over the last few weeks we have seen a few positive changes: Fannie lifted their 4 property limit to 10 (if you were on the conference call on Feb 28 you got ALL the details) lending has loosened "a little" but mostly for home owners as opposed to investors. Still there is plenty of cash available from some little known sources - but the people who know about them are aggressively seeking it.
This group has already yielded partnerships which are doing quite well during this time of hysterical chaos in the countries economic future. Also, check the photo album because we regularly give away great prizes including gift certificates and service discounts from other members who provide real estate investment related services.
Under the leadership of Ken Cook who, along with his team, has funded thousands of real estate investment transactions and is a lender specializing in investment transactions. He is also a successful real estate investor and has hosted hundreds of real estate investment workshops and seminars. He is a regular speaker at the Real Estate Investor's Institute at Emory University, was recently a Breakout Leader at REtechSouth, co-hosts a weekly internet based radio show on technology for the real estate industry and is a horrible golfer who loves to play.
