This will be our 2nd meeting - No Dues, No Fees. The first was a success with very intelligent and serious investment minded people in attendance. The second meeting should prove to be even better. Be sure to invite a friend and come yourself so you don't miss this one! We discussed Short Sales, the pitfalls and risks of Subject To and "Shopping Backwards" for rental properties. In April we will continue the discussion about Short Sales (Pre-Foreclosures) and Beginning to Intermediate Investment Techniques. We'll also have another update on the "State Of The Industry" concerning real estate investment financing.

In April we will discuss various marketing tactics from free to low cost to standard expectations from marketing for real estate investors as buyers, landlords and sellers. One of the biggest "questions of the day" is how to attract and capture motivated/distress sellers. Obviously we all want it to be low or no cost so those factors will be primary consideration.

We will have snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available. If you have RSVP'd but plans change please notify us at least three (3) days in advance so we can make adjustments to our purchases. The meeting space is an office building with seminar rooms. There are several restaurants in the area and we try to finish by 8:30 if at all possible!
