Thinking of buying a home sometime in the future? Even if you're interested in renting for a while before buying, you're not alone. Not to mention all of the great investment opportunities NC offers. Everyday 76 people move to the Triangle area which makes way for a very competitive market in real estate. At such an important step in your life, I am here to make your transition and transaction as smooth and as comfortable as I possibly can. I'm not here to just sell you a house, I'm here to help you find your new home, and make it fun. Our meetups will consist of, and alternate between, tours of houses around the Triangle, meetings to discuss what members are looking for, whats out there, but also take time to just have fun and meet new people. For inbetween meetings, I will include VIDEO TOURS (much more in depth than a virtual tour) of local listings and rentals on the discussion board. So feel free to tour local homes without setting foot outside your house!
